Woodstock’s Executive Chef, Chris Bone, brings a food philosophy of honest, seasonal and well thought-out dishes, showcasing the best of locally and ethically sourced ingredients and attentive execution. Chef Bone pairs this with 15 years experience, the majority of which within the wonderful Fleurieu Peninsula. Chris enjoys developing dishes and researching new ingredients and techniques; he also dabbles at home in his elaborate personal kitchen garden.
