This new wine celebrates Woodstock founder Doug Collett’s wartime deeds as a Spitfire pilot. It’s a sumptuously rich, decadent, full-bodied shiraz with lashings of toasty oak and fleshy sweet fruit. Many will love the buxom regional style and it will cellar well: drink now to 2025. 14.8% per cent alcohol
