2006 Woodstock Botrytis Semillon
Tim White - The Australian Financial Review – April 2011
Has that distinct botrytis sea-salty, tea-leaf, prosciutto sniff to the nose, with poached yellow stonefruit and a touch of crème brulèe. Delicate and silky on the tongue with beautiful sherbetty acidity building among the more caramelised bits. Needs a stonking Stilton: mold with rot.
