The word “Coterie” means a circle of friends sharing a similar interest. Coteries large and small use the WOODSTOCK Coterie restaurant for many occasions. The “Coterie Series” of wines are often made from more than one variety or vineyard and are often shared with family or friends. Zesty fruit driven whites, a “strawberries and cream” style rose’ and a smooth Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon make up this re-named range. (Formerly the Bistro Series)
We aim to capture the essence and focused varietal character of each grape cultivar in a style which best supports each wine. Grapes used are predominantly WOODSTOCK Estate grown, which helps us understand and define the character of each wine. An eclectic selection of interesting after-dinner wines completes the range.
An approachable food friendly range of wines made to be consumed as a companion to various food types. In Australia, you will find these wines listed in restaurants, hotels, bars and other “on-premise” venues, not in bottle shops. The Companion Series labels reflect the people or objects the wines are dedicated to.

THE STOCKS Shiraz is a Single Vineyard wine, made exclusively from grapes grown only on 31 rows of century old vines.
COLLETT LANE is a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 1988 at WOODSTOCK Estate by Scott Collett.
Originally created by the founder Doug Collett, WOODSTOCK Very Old Fortified is made to a Tawny Port style, blending ages from a minimum of 20 years to the oldest in the 1950’s when Doug started making them. The old barrels and their contents are maintained by Scott and Peter Collett continuing Doug’s legacy.
