Choice of Closure
To ensure that our wines age well and are consumed in their best condition, we have chosen LUX PLUS as the closure for all our wines. It is essentially a stelvin closure with internal threads. After many years experimenting and researching various types of closures, we believe these are the best for our wines. We are pleased to report that we have not had any problems with bottle variation, taint or random oxidation, having used them for the past seven years. In fact, we love them!
